This notice explains the data involved when you browse MidiPlays, practice with a local MIDI file, contact the site, or publish a song page.

Operator and contact

MidiPlays is maintained by Kevin Henrique under the Suki Desu name and operated in Brazil under CNPJ 22.973.769/0001-29. Send privacy requests to contato@skdesu.com.

Local practice files

When you choose local practice, your MIDI file and related song details are stored in your browser. This option does not send the file to the MidiPlays server. The saved file remains in browser storage until you remove it or clear the site data.

Published song pages

The separate publication workflow sends the MIDI file, title, filename and musical details to MidiPlays. The file is stored in Cloudflare R2 and its page data in Cloudflare D1; published song pages and MIDI files are publicly accessible. Cloudflare Workers AI receives the title, filename, chords, tempo and duration to generate page descriptions. The MIDI binary is stored by the site but is not included in that text-generation request.

Analytics and page resources

The site loads Google Analytics on its HTML pages. Google says the standard web implementation can collect user counts, session statistics, approximate location, and browser and device information. Google documents the first-party _ga cookie as distinguishing users and the _ga_<container-id> cookie as preserving session state. MidiPlays has no on-site control to turn off this measurement.

Pages also request fonts from Google Fonts and stylesheet resources from cdnjs. Cloudflare serves the site and its storage and AI services. These providers may process technical request data while delivering their services. No advertising tag is active on the site at the time of this update.

Contact and requests

If you email the site, your email address and message are used to receive and answer your request. Where the Brazilian General Data Protection Law applies, you may make the data-subject requests provided by that law, including requests for access, correction, and deletion or anonymization where applicable. The site does not set a fixed retention period for provider-held request or analytics logs; consult the providers' privacy information for their handling.
