Acceptance

By accessing MidiPlays, you agree to use the site in a lawful, respectful, and reasonable way. If you do not agree with these terms, you should stop using the site.

What MidiPlays provides

MidiPlays offers interactive MIDI study pages, visual playback tools, chord views, sheet music previews, instrument views, tags, and related song collections. The service is intended for learning, practice, musical analysis, and personal reference.

Music rights

MidiPlays does not claim ownership over original songs, franchises, artists, recordings, or compositions referenced on public pages. Names, melodies, games, anime, films, and brands belong to their respective owners. The site organizes MIDI-based practice resources and may remove or correct material when a valid request is received.

User conduct

You may not use MidiPlays to attack the service, bypass restrictions, submit harmful files, impersonate someone else, abuse contact channels, or publish content that violates rights, privacy, or applicable law.

Accuracy and corrections

The team works to keep song titles, tags, musical metadata, descriptions, and file behavior useful. Music data can still contain mistakes, especially when MIDI files come from different sources. Corrections can be requested through the contact page.

Advertising and independence

The site may show ads to support maintenance and hosting. Ads do not determine which pages are published, how songs are described, or how collections are organized.

Liability

MidiPlays is provided as an educational, practice-oriented service. The site does not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect notation, exact arrangement accuracy, or compatibility with every device and browser.

Applicable law

These terms follow Brazilian law. When a formal dispute cannot be solved through direct contact, the competent forum is the district of Anápolis, Goiás, Brazil, unless consumer protection rules require another venue.
