These terms cover browsing MidiPlays, practicing with MIDI files and using its public song pages.

Local practice and publication

Files opened for local practice are stored in your browser. The separate publication workflow sends a MIDI file and its musical details to the site; a published song page and file are public. Do not use that workflow for material you do not have permission to publish or for files you intend to keep private.

Music and accuracy

Song titles, compositions, recordings, franchises and related marks belong to their respective rights holders. MidiPlays is an independent practice project and does not present its pages as official releases. MIDI arrangements, notation previews and generated descriptions can contain mistakes and are not a substitute for an authorized score or source.

Availability and applicable law

Pages and tools may change or become temporarily unavailable. These terms are governed by Brazilian law, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
